This brew is the outcome of a collaboration between two microbreweries in Greece, 7 Seven Island and Sknipa breweries. The concept behind the design is to combine the symbols of the breweries in a way that relates to the content, an imperial bourbon barrel aged stout. The main illustration merges the two brewery symbols, St. Mark’s lion for Seven Island brewery and the human-mosquito for Sknipa brewery. The illustration style and remaining elements are based on the beer style. They hint on whiskey packaging, old labels and vintage typography. Two thousand numbered bottles were printed on paper with embossed areas.
